Our Peer Support program connects young individuals with trained peers who have lived experience with mental health and/or substance use challenges. Youth peers offer understanding, guidance, and encouragement, helping youth feel heard and supported on their journey to wellness.

TIP is designed to assist young adults in transitioning from youth to adulthood, offering support in areas such as education, employment, housing, and life skills. Our Wellness Coaches work closely with participants to build confidence and independence as they navigate this important life stage.
