Samantha Boland is an Adult Peer Specialist for South Florida Wellness Network. Samantha works directly inside the Broward County jails. Samantha started as a volunteer in SFWN’s pen pal program and felt like she could make a difference within the institutions. She eventually applied for and became a full-time Peer Specialist. Samantha identifies as being in recovery and enjoys helping people, using her own life experiences. She provides support to individuals who are on their way to wellness and recovery.
